1. Keep only principal addresses in [ my territory — e.g. Hillsborough,
   Pinellas and Pasco counties: Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and
   nearby towns ]. Match the actual city, not substrings. "Key Largo" is
   not "Largo."
2. From those, judge by the business NAME which ones read like a food-service business: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars, caterers, food trucks.
   Use your judgment, not a keyword list. Skip anything that only
   coincidentally contains a matching word.
3. For each candidate, note the registered agent. If many different
   businesses share one registered-agent address, that address is a
   filing service, not the real location. Flag it.
4. Web-search each candidate ("<name> <city> FL") to confirm it is a real,
   operating business and to find a location and a phone number. Mark each
   CONFIRMED (found it online), UNCONFIRMED (nothing yet, probably too new),
   or NOT A MATCH (drop it).
5. Give me a table: name, city, CONFIRMED or UNCONFIRMED, phone if found,
   and a one-line note. Sort CONFIRMED first. For the confirmed ones, draft
   a one-sentence opener I could call or email with.
